WANTED: JOHN DEAN DEEGAN III
John Deegan wanted in Lewistown Montana for Partner Family Member Assault (PFMA) in Fergus County, Montana, to answer criminal misdemeanor charges. John Deegan wanted for also failing to report to his court appearances about the assault on his girlfriend and is now considered a fugitive from justice and wanted by Central Montana Bail Bonds Lewistown bail office, Lewistown Police Department, Fergus County Sheriff and possibly other authorities. At the time of his arrest in Fergus County, John had stated that he was unemployed and had no job skills worth mentioning on the bond.
We’ve been informed that John Deegan, a wanted fugitive, is staying with his grandmother, Joanne Miller (Joanne Bettencourt) – We are currently investigating this information. We also understand that she is aware of his warrant/wanted status out of Montana. CMBBI has been informed that the address he is hiding at is 224b S. Mason Street, Arroyo Grande, California 93420 and we have forwarded this information to the county Attorney and local law enforcement.
We have been informed that John D. Deegan III is driving a white, older Toyota pickup truck and may be in hiding with Jackelyn B. Koch.
We have also been informed that John Deegan was arrested for allegedly driving without a license, no financial responsibility and DUI.
